Collection and Processing of Personal Data
General
We process data that is necessary for the operation of the app and website. This may include: technical data (device type, operating system, app version), usage data (only with your consent, e.g. screen views and events), and where applicable advertising IDs (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) for personalised advertising if you have given your consent.
Local Storage (App)
The app stores data locally on your device (e.g. via SharedPreferences): game progress, settings, language preference, and your consent status for analytics. This data is not transmitted to our servers except where you have consented to analytics or crash reporting. Deletion occurs when you uninstall the app.
Data Collection on this Website
Hosting
This website is hosted by a third-party provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses, and other data generated via a website. The use of the hoster is for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website β for this purpose, server log files must be recorded.
Google Analytics (Website)
This website uses Google Analytics (gtag.js) to analyse how visitors use the site. Google may collect data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate location, and interaction with the site. This helps us improve the website. Data is processed by Google; we do not store it on our servers. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the optimisation and secure operation of our website. You can prevent tracking via your browser settings or opt-out add-ons. For more information: Google Privacy Policy, Google Analytics.
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies (see Google Analytics section above). We do not use additional tracking or advertising cookies beyond that. For details on cookies used by Google, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts for consistent font rendering. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that this website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Fonts is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the consistent display of fonts on their website. The use may also be based on consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For more information on Google Fonts, see Google Fonts FAQ and Google's Privacy Policy.
Newsletter / Email Registration
The email registration form on this website is currently a non-functional placeholder. No email addresses are collected, stored, or processed at this time. Should email collection be implemented in the future, this privacy policy will be updated with the relevant legal basis, storage duration, and your rights regarding the data.
Firebase / Google Services (App)
Firebase Analytics
The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (e.g. screen views, events). This helps us improve the app. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can give or withdraw consent in the app when first launched and later in settings. For more information: Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy.
Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and fix bugs. With your consent, data such as error messages, stack traces, device type and OS version may be sent. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Privacy Policy.
Google AdMob (Advertising)
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. This may involve advertising IDs (e.g. IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), device information and ad interactions for ad delivery and monetisation. On iOS we use App Tracking Transparency (ATT); you can allow or deny tracking. Legal basis: consent (e.g. via ATT) or, where applicable, legitimate interest for non-personalised ads. Google Privacy Policy, AdMob Privacy.
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases (e.g. premium features) are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Payment and account data are handled by them; we do not store payment details in the app. We may receive anonymised or aggregated transaction information to provide purchased features. For privacy details see Apple Privacy Policy and Google Play / Google Privacy. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Local Notifications
The app can show local notifications (e.g. reminders) using flutter_local_notifications. These are generated and stored only on your device; no personal data is sent to our servers or third parties for this. You can enable or disable notifications in the app settings.
Share Function
If you use the share feature (e.g. to share game results), the app uses the system share sheet. You choose what to share and which app or service to use. We do not transmit any data to our own servers; the privacy practices of the chosen service (e.g. WhatsApp, social networks) apply and are the responsibility of that provider.
Legal Bases (GDPR)
We process personal data on the following bases: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics, crash reporting and, where applicable, personalised advertising; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for website analytics (Google Analytics), non-personalised advertising where applicable, or technically necessary data; contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for in-app purchases and providing app functionality.
Storage Duration
Firebase Analytics: as per Google (e.g. up to 14 months). Crashlytics: until the issue is resolved or the project is discontinued. AdMob: as per Google's policy. Google Analytics (website): as per Google (e.g. up to 14 months for standard reports). Local app data: until you uninstall the app. Website and server logs: as required for operation and legal obligations.

You can withdraw consent for analytics in the app settings at any time.
